Why do we disobey authority? When is it okay?

Some disobey authority because thay are stupid and want to be rebellious just for the sake of doing it, while others defy the wishes of the hierarchy because the hierarchy is corrupt and there is no logic behind their actions. WHen someone has a god-complex or just do things because they are self-centered then everyone has the right to disobey them
