I absorb other's tensions like a psycological sponge......I try to always be cordial and happy but when subjected to other's low grade tension for a long time tend to flip out

I'm the same way -- a psychic sponge. I have a meditation I do that gives me a psychic shield, and also I wear flourite around my neck to give me psychic protection. The tension around her gets so awful sometimes. I'm really good at pressing the "off" switch inside myself.
