At the moment I'm working on getting a foundation diploma in art. I've been doing well, but now I'm meant to be working on a final project and I just can't get down to it. I spent Saturday morning schlepping my computer around Manchester, after going down to London to a Space gig on Thursday, as I had an appointment at the Arndale Centre to see if it needed fixing. About a year ago, I went to the doctor explaining that I really needed some help - an official diagnosis would be useful but just some help managing my symptoms would be really appreciated. The doctor referred me to the nearest mental health centre. That was helpful because I do have depression alongside my ME but it didn't make any difference to ( Read more... )
