I'm bored and Sakura was closest. >>kunoichipinkJuly 29 2008, 17:19:37 UTC
Sakura had woken up early this morning, much to her dismay, and had decided to get an early start over to her neighbor. She knew he'd been doing SOMETHING over there for the past day or so. Something loud. That was probably why she couldn't sleep very well.
She knocked on the door and peered in a little through the windows. She hated the dark. She tossed the little glowing stick from hand to hand as she waited. She was sure she'd be the first one here and it was bothering her a little bit. She wasn't entirely sure he was stable..at all.

There was dim light inside from another glowstick wedged on the wall, in an open panel with wires and a small glimmer of something reflective - Which was right over the shoulder of all 6'2" of neon-eyed, fanged-grinning no-longer-demon. He'd managed to find something a little closer to his old, familiar blue suit, although he was skipping gloves until his left hand healed and didn't need to be tightly wrapped in a bandage anymore. He saw the light and figure pacing outside the window and perked up, watching; now debating between waiting in case it was someone randomly wandering by, or dashing to the door to flag them down.
Washu set her makeshift prybar/butterknife on the table, looking around at the debris. Since she had received that message, it implied that there were active cameras in the hallways by the lifts, likely in her apartment as well. So was doing her best to find them, starting with the bathroom and bedroom... Perverts, spying in a girl like that.
But then, the new neighbor had a meeting set up, and that certainly sounded interesting. She had found a short green dress with ridiculously clashing jacket to wear, trading in the sandals for shoes. Grabbing a lightstick, she set of cheerfully for the other apartment. As she approached, she saw a young girl with pink hair standing uncertainly by the doorway. "Hi, are you here for the meeting?" She asked, grinning girlishly.
Sasazuka hadn't really occupied himself that much with testing his apartment for surveillance. His logic went that if they were there for a reason, and they would know if he took them all out, it would be too much of a hassle to have them a)put back in again or b)be punished for a minor trespass.
... Anyway. Despite his own misgivings about stepping into Neuro's territory (his suspicions had been affirmed)there was really nothing better he had to do. Besides look around, which he would, eventually.
Sasazuka felt reasonably comfortable in a loose long-sleeved shirt and jeans. He didn't have his jacket anymore, which was inconvenient-- the absence of his gun didn't sit well either. Apprehension rolled through him as he approached Neuro's door to see two women already there.
Washu entered, looking around the room in interest, perhaps a little malcontent that someone had gotten further on her idea than she had, so far. "I like your decorating," Sshe grinned, "Did you find any cameras?"
Sakura certainly felt alot more secure in a group, even if she could match a total of one name to a face and that was Neuro. That wasn't comforting. She assumed the other women was Washu and followed her in.
He towered over most of them. Sasazuka scratched his stubble absently and eyed them all blankly. Good thing that Neuro isn't... what he used to be. I guess.
Like that would stop him in the long run.
He sank into a nearby chair to make himself comfortable. Sasazuka gave the torn walls his best, most dispassionate stare and waited for things to get moving.
Joshua waited for a few of the others to go in; he recognized Sakura from the party, Washu of course in ahead of him, and - Saguru? - he was guessing at the identity of the other teen that was walking in and inspecting the room. He took another look down both ways for Road, then walked in himself.
