stuffed animals (and tae is a big baby)

Okay, now that my last studio is out of the way, I'm finally getting around to all the things I really wanted to do. Like cleaning and gardening, apparently. I can't work on a school project for seven hours straight unless it's due the next day, but I can totally work outside in the garden for seven hours straight, nbd. well not nbd, my legs and ( Read more... )

/)o/) YES yes you did
I had really wanted one but I never played with him because I was too afraid of messing him up.
Haha, should I have done a livejournal giveaway before sending them to the school libraries or something?

I know the feeling you're describing here! Last year my dad moved houses and he told me that I had to get rid of all the stuff I was storing at the old house because there'd be no room at the new place, so I spent an entire weekend going through all this nostalgic stuff from high school that I hadn't looked at since 2004. It was kind of hard to get rid of stuff but kind of easy too.

Oh, that cool attic place? That's kind of bittersweet... Were you able to keep much of it?

Most of my stuff was in boxes in the basement and in the crawl space, and I ended up getting rid of most of it. With the exception of I think three boxes, all I own is in my apartment here. I still haven't figured out what I want to do with all my Sailor Moon stuff, though.

The clear option is to make a shrine in your closet.

Pffft, nothing wrong with stuffed animals. I plan on keeping all of mine for as long as possible ;A; Most of mine are of the tiny size though.
When I have to give them away, I usually give away only the ones that are ugly and have no idea where they came from xDDDD

It makes me sad to see them in bags though! D':

Hahaha, yeah, it turns out 'as long as possible' is 'pretty much forever unless a catastrophe happens'. I'm keeping the rest of mine for 'pretty much forever' too!
Why so many tiny-size ones?

I knowww, I think I would have cried if we were out of Target bags and had to use garbage bags. ;m;
But they're out and free in the library now! I hear a couple already went home with some kids, too!

Hmm I really have no idea why I have so many tiny ones! I guess the regular size ones don't appeal to me as much as itty bitty ones xD

Sobb I couldn't bear to put them in garbage bags either. I can only bear to put them in boxes cause then I could still see them!

A few of mine have gone to my mom's libraries, too! Though I still keep quite a number in my rooms, but with attachment to about half? I haven't taken the time to gather the ones I can part with more than one at a time, always something else to do....

Yeah! Thank goodness for moms with libraries! If we both still have our stuffed animals at our age, well... We're pretty attached. One at a time might be easier, but I could never get around to even that. And then this happened suddenly. '_')a
Maybe it's time when it's time.
But now I don't feel so odd! What are your favorites?

The most important are a number of dogs and a small collection of Eeyore, mainly - especially ones I've gotten from travels or my father. ;u; I have a bunch of special beanies, too, but that's a different level of commitment, aha.
