So, since my cousin went back to Wisconsin like a moron after an identity theft she tried to pull off with my daughters and Matea's son Roman (it's... it's a long story, and thinking about it makes me bitchy so you probably don't want to know) Nick and I had to follow her ass to Wisconsin for legal purposes. I probably haven't seen a whole lot of Rufus Sewell's films but I really like him in anything I have seen him in :)

I must say I did rather enjoy Abe. I had heard not so good things about it but it was over the top and crazy and yet I could total get on board with that being the ACTUAL history of his life XD Especially with the inclusion of things like Gettysburg and how it was silver weapons they really needed :D

I am pretty much 101% convinced that all of the critics panning it were either expecting a comedy and wound up really confused, or else just looked at the title and said "huh, that sounds stupid." Literally everyone I know who's seen it has loved it, and that includes people who don't like the same stuff as me.

If I had to explain it, I'd say Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes + Sleepy Hollow - all of the jokes = Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. :P

Dominic is an adorable muppet, and Rufus is pretty much my favorite actor ever you know, who isn't Cillian Murphy his eyes and cheekbones and VOICE omg so pretty omg.

Ari and I have already made a list of who in mirrormatchme we'd match with from AL:VH if it's ever a theme. XDDDD
