I know I've just made my hiatus post 2 days ago but I found time to go online so here I am... *gets bricked* I still am not able to update my fic though.. i will update it when I have more time.

BTW, I have this crazy (hilarious) idea but I dont know..I think trying wouldn't harm ne?

I know NEWS/JE has lots of Pinoy fans out there who are dreaming

Signature campaigns barely work, sorry to say. Also, have you ever thought of the production value of a NEWS concert? Even our concert venues aren't fit for that kind of concert (stage issues, rigs, acoustics) unless you're willing to pay for a dome renovation or something.

Thing is, kahit pa mag succeed yung signature plan, we won't have the same NEWS concert we see on DVDs kasi di capable yung available venues dito.

Pero it won't hurt kung ipaalam mo na may fans dito, right? I think Massu and Shige known naman. Shige had mentioned about Filipino fans before and Massu wore a Philippine souvenir shirt given by a fan in a magazine spread before.

Shige read a letter from maybe a Filipina sender and ask him to go(?) to the Philippines. Due to my limited nihonggo skills, I can't understand all. SHige said that Philippines is hot and it's like Hawaii and mention their trip to Hawaii with Tegoshi.

i know the chance is really small, but we wont lose anything in trying this one....all we have to do is to write our signatures and that's it. If ever di sya mag succeed, at least we knew we tried something to bring them here even with this small chance we have.

I dont think Pinoy fans are longing for that extravagant concert thing as well. To see them at least, would be the best thign for us considering na its really rare for them to go outside Japan and have a concert. Mahirap tlga yung plan na magsucceed...but trying wouldn't hurt... I think. O_o

It's invasion of privacy if your shoving the signature papers to Kei's mom. I've read in a lot from international fans that Kei's mom don't accept any form of gift or any related things to Johnny's Entertainment.

There are other ways to let them know that they have a lot of fans here. There are international forums who are making small ways to let JE or even NEWS that they have a lot of fans thru fan mails.

In my other fandom which is August band,a Thailand band, a fan is able to talk with the producer. And the producer himself is the one who is negotiating with the Philippine entertainment people and even coming here to the Philippines to be able to have a show for August band or even have a small concert. The details are still disclosed so we're still waiting.

Like what I'm saying, formal request should be made and not make hasty moves.

formal req. would be the best thing but it's also the hardest one so I've thought of this thing. It's not finalized yet and we could still abort this one so no harm... And if ever Kei's mom refused them then we can't do anything more, can we? But trying would be good... I mean, we dont have anything to lose in this.

do you know one of the host of itteq.. i think its miyagawa already went here in the phil. pumunta sila bagiuo yata yun basta yung may mga igorot.. it shows in itteq only this feb or early march..

if only tegoshi went too... T_T

just pointing out what the person before me said that yes. it is VERY VERY EXPENSIVE to pay to get NEWS or JE here.

for one, their place of residence, where they will stay before the shows, and after will be paid for~
another is their transporation, how they will get here from japan and back and how they will get around the place when they are here.

the biggest problem here is WHERE they will hold the concert.as you can see the araneta coliseum is nowhere near as big as tokyo dome~ if we were to compare it to the arenas in japan we wouldn't stand a chance. right? cause araneta holds only about 15 thousand people while you see hundreds of thousands of fans in arenas and lining up for concerts in japan for JE

I do understand how pathetic our areneta is compared to tokyo dome. But then, I also do have a strong feeling that they've held concerts with audiences roughly around the same number. Like, okay. not news, but a more concrete example would be Kanjani8. They held concerts in 47 prefectures right? I mean, I doubt ALL their venues were THAT huge. Or they could have it held in an open field ? I mean, Beyonce, Christina A. , etc.etc. still were able to hold concerts here.... So that's what makes me think that it's still possible ...

yea. i heard of K8 performing in all 47 prefectures and maybe the places in all their performances is not as huge.
but if you think about it...
japan has several venues almost the same size or even bigger than that of araneta, while we only have one. araneta itself..
so it will still be the same. one venue. for all concerts.

i don't think johnny's can stage a concert in an open field because well, their stage design is very complicated and they need to have a roof above them so as all the work will not go to waste.
and as for beyonce and the other artists. they know what to expect here~
and they don't spend on costumes and props as much as JE does..
cause if you notice~ the stage is pretty simple compared to the standard of JE and they don't usually change costumes every 2-3 songs~

I understand your point. As I've said, there are too many things to consider and I'm only presenting this idea for discussion and if every many people responded yes and we've discussed the things further, then maybe we can decide whether to continue or abort the plan. I know that bringing it to Kei's mom would be rude just for that reason but we all knew we're sincere of our request and yes, it's just a REQUEST so if she says, no then we won't push it. thanks for this comment, now we can start thinking of the matters to discuss more.
