Always a blessing when Mal gets to taling about his past. It doesn't happen often, so I try to listen really hard >;0)

Mal may talk a lot and make jokes sometimes, but it seems like he's talking to push things outward, sometimes, and to deflect away from himself. You always learn something important when he does open up, though.

The tough part for me is asking him the right quesitons and then waiting while he conjures on it for a time...

WOW. Loved your voice, the character was spot on. I love reading your fics, they're always very developed and full of Fireflyisms =)

Yeah, I've just been recently getting into Firefly fanfic, though been a fan of the fandom since I saw the movie. I think your Rayne fics were one of the first I read and I'm really impressed at the level of writing in this fandom. Good job!!

Oh. Wonderful Mal voice there! Loved it! I was worried, seeing that it was post movie, but I didn't even have to feel sad about "you know what." Great little fic!
