In less than 3 months but I've still got a long way to go. I have at least 13 and ideally 23 more to go and then I want to gain 20 in muscle which would leave me at 185. That's a pretty lofty goal but not if I realize that it's going to take at least a year. I'm meeting some lifting goals as well. It's not a lot on bench press but I've reached
