I write weekly television reviews for Girls on Screen, and The Borgias is (naturally) one of the shows I write about. I was asked to post my reviews over here (I tend to get into Cesare/Lucrezia in them, surprise surprise), so here we are! Crossposted from borgias; sorry if you're seeing this twice!

I was waiting for your review.

Favorite parts:

I loved Augustus Prew...Alfonso was hilarious and creepy at the same time. That voice was just...no words. LOL

Juan is definitely an EPIC TWAT. The portrait scene had me dying. I wanted more Djem and Juan as well. To me it seemed like he was closer to Cesare and Lucrezia than Juan on the show.

While watching I was getting impatient waiting for Lucrezia to show up. I had been hoping there would have been another Cesare/Lucrezia scene and not just the one in the promos and sneak peeks. But that one scene was more than enough really. Abelard and Heloise. I had seen the scene in a promo before and immediately looked them up. So I knew who they were when watching and I still can't believe Cesare used them to describe his platonic relationship with Lucrezia.
