There isn't much fic in this fandom, but I made a rec list for some of my favourites, if you're interested. Spoilers are marked. The historical RPF ones may have spoilers for ~historical events~ that may or may not actually happen on the show.
While I can't promise spoiler free anything (mainly because nothing other than a title is given), this is a great list of Cesare/Lucrezia fics! Probably one of the longest ones out there, so hopefully some of the ones further down the list are Season 1 based fics.
You can also try FF.net and AO3 and basically just search by date. Anything written post March 2012 is likely Season 2 spoilery, and the same with post March 2013 for Season 3.
