Such a vision... a room of friends growing concerned about the one panicked, hasn't-slept-for-forty-hours individual at the front, gesturing wildly.

"Okay... two words... hyphenated... first word, first syllable... uh... what are you doing there? What the... oh... oh my God...."

And they all lose a point of SAN and then the adventure starts.

Considering that even great Cthulhu has an entry in the old AD&D Deities and Demigods supplement (the pre-lawsuit version, of course), the existence of a Beast That Cannot Be Statted would be grounds for SAN loss.
