they come after you because you're the uploader. that's my understanding of it. and funny, i can access it but i don't want to use it ;/

don't feel too bad about not accessing it, websites are shitty today. google + faked me out because it listed "B"'s email and i was all 'wtf did i hit WHY DID IT COME UP IN SEARCH HE'S GOING TO KILL ME" turns out I'm just not understanding that ONLY I can see it. / facepalm

but I haven't even tried doing anything! *cries* and I don't know that I will use it ... even though I paid for it! (grrr argh) but I want the option.

yeah it's because they're absolved (technically) and they say as much on the copyright page https://mega.co.nz/#copyright they can give "your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;" ect

I don't blame you for wanting the option but with all that.. yeah.
