I have to say that is the best description of that particular expression that I have ever seen! Smelly toad look indeed!

I love them taking Lian to a carnival. Must make Dick a little nostalgic, but that's what Lian and Roy are there for.

What a delightful story! I enjoyed the happiness and good feelings that revolved around the little family, and I also liked the interjection of RL prejudice that just kind of slipped away with no confrontation. For a universe that has superheroes in it, pretty realistic with a happy vibe. :)
