I thought this was lovely. I really like the idea of OCD as a contributing factor in his early childhood problems.

And Bones is fabulous, so reliable, but he lets Jim help himself as well.

What an interesting idea, cero! So many brilliant people have tics that aren't public knowledge. It's a good thing Kirk has such a determined and understanding friend to take care of him. I'd love to see how his compulsions make missions more difficult or perhaps unexpectedly easier. Do write more more!
