Bloody Hell - Laptop Troubles

I am ever so glad that I have a desktop computer as backup (well, for most things). My laptop appears to have a virus on there, but now I can barely even get past the start-up before I get a blue screen of death. Having half a mind to toss it at the wall, but then I'd really be without one. It fritzed a bit the other night, but ran the virus
