Won't actually get to see this until later tonight. And then, only if I don't have to work overtime. Still, hey, if Audrey is Duke's mother then that clears the way for Duke/Nathan, right?! *big grin*

I feel dumb because I am caught up on Haven but cannot decipher the Star Wars tie-in novel reference or follow where your mind is going, but I really want to. *g*

Right after Star Wars and before Empire, there was a novel called Splinter in the Mind's Eye. Among other things, it has Luke and Leia heading towards a romantic relationship (albeit nothing more graphic than the kiss in Empire, more, hmn, serious because the kiss in Empire is fairly obviously Leia making a point to Han).

So, my mind was going to, "Any Audrey/Duke or Audrey/Nathan/Duke is going to read reeeaaaally differently if Audrey turns out to be Nathan's mother."

My mind didn't even go there... I was all caught up in the fact that Audrey snogged Nathan and then snuggles on the couch with Duke wondering why he's supposed to assassinate her.

I did notice how closely she was sitting to Duke in that scene. She's obviously not afraid that he's going to follow through on his father's wish/order. *grin*
