As promised in
this post (which no one read, lol) I am opening this journal up to an anonymous kink meme. This has nothing to do with my birthday, it just happens to be the most convenient weekend for me for awhile. So, this kink meme will run from now until 10pm January 17th, at which I will turn IP logging back on.
EDIT: Okay, so, this kink meme

I was thinking of the Prank as well. It does show an alarming lack of consideration for others, which could indicate Sirius just... isn't capable of understanding why his actions are bad. This is all from Remus's POV but in my head, Sirius was acting on the crush he had on Remus, and was just not able to imagine that Remus was not having as good a time as he was.
And yeah, that's the problem I had when I thought about how to continue it. The only thing so far I've been able to think of that might work is horribly sad and basically involves Remus never telling James or Peter what really happened, or even telling Sirius what he actually did, pulling away from everybody to the point where it's incredibly easy for Peter to make them suspect Remus is the spy, and then finally after the events of PoA Remus and Sirius take steps toward resolving things. orz
Again I'm glad you liked it and thank you for leaving me such great feedback. ♥

Right now, however, he felt a distinct pain of abandonment and betrayal.
Good job on Remus' feelings.

... So essentially the way he felt around most of the people who knew he was a werewolf, then.
I'm really glad that you've acknowledged this. It's very important in a potential relationship and a big part of who Remus is.
"I thought you liked it. Come on, Remus, after this we'll call it even, this'll be the last thing I'll make you do."
He always does this, Remus thought, well familiar with Sirius's fast-talking and bargaining to get what he wanted. Giving in would just make it harder and harder to draw the line later.
I think this could well have been a great deal of Sirius' personality too.

I agree--it's a tendency I see all the time in spoiled kids. I mean, to be honest nearly all children will instinctively try to bargain and compromise, because in a parent & child or teacher & student interaction, the child doesn't have any power and they will do whatever they can to change that. I don't know if Sirius ever grew out of this behaviour.
mmmmm power dynamics.
