Hey people who write, I need an opinion. (And LJ is being sorta retarded, so the formatting is a bit off)

Is this going between ALL your paragraphs, or only specific ones (like to mark the passage of time)? I usually only see paragraph breaks with a mark when the writer wants to show that some time has passed or that they are jumping to a new location within the same chapter. So if this is the standard for every paragraph in the story, I'd go with the first option. But I'll wait and vote once I hear back from you! :)

I voted on the first! I do think one line of space would suffice, though, unless you just prefer the aesthetics of it. :)

I also agree with Sylver. The extra spacing makes me think it is a mini chapter break.
