There is almost no joy that compares with coming on my friends' page, seeing the words "fic; Community" and scrolling down to see the telltale yellow icon that denotes something extremely wonderful is under the cut. No exception this time.

OH JAMIE. THIS FIC IS FUCKING AWESOME. HOW ARE YOU SO GOOD AT THIS. I WANT TO LIKE CANNIBALIZE YOU SO I CAN IMBIBE YOUR POWERS.

I don't even ship Jeff/Britta, I mean, I like them but the show makes it too obvious, but you reminded me why I like them so much and why I might like them together. They're both characterized brilliantly, and it's funny, and oh the other characters (Troy doing a high kick!!), and Bible study and competitive sex and my God, all that cuddling.

I don't want to deprive you of the part where I quote bits of it back at you but honestly I could just copy/paste the entire thing in this box and it would be a more accurate depiction of what I think of it. But:

Oh my god, I am so fucking behind on responding to feedback and I feel like such an asshole. I actually am an asshole! This is SO AMAZING AND I LOVE YOU! The idea that you don't even ship Jeff/Britta (which THEY ARE SO ATTRACTIVE THINK OF THEIR POTENTIAL CHILDREN!) and you read it and liked it anyway, just, jesus fuck, BE MORE AMAZING, YOU! HAHA, I REALLY LOVED MY COMMENT ONSLAUGHT TODAY, IT RULED. I will say that now, four months later from my comment above, I ship Jeff/Britta slightly more. At the beginning of the season it was too obviously telegraphed and I always resist against that. But since then, in episodes like Romantic Expressionism and last week's -- I really love their friendship, and that makes them more shippable. On the other hand -- Jeff/Annie. IT'S SUCH A GOOD PAIRING TOO, and I think I do prefer it. ALSO, TROY/BRITTA. Basically I'm torn? This fucking show. All pairings are awesome. You should write more choose-your-own-pairing fics. What about one where it ends with Annie/Troy, Abed/Troy, or Annie/Troy/Abed weird OT3 commune? ;)
