OMG I JUST GOT SCAMMED
Okay, art stuffs aside, I just got scammed!!! I hate the internets!!! ;_;
LOL why am I so dumb! I was briefly looking up "commuter" on craigslist today (well I was trying to find coupons.. lol) , and it was like 5 minutes before class so I wasn't really paying attention. There was a '95 Toyota Corolla listed in the front page of my search so was like, what the heck, I'l just click on it. And it's listing a Toyota Corolla for like $800?! So I'm like wow that's incredibly cheap. Like impossibly, dirt cheap. Well, maybe I'm interested because I have like zero dollars anyway... so I'm like, hm where is this car located? And I send an email asking. I'm about to use my scam email just because craigslist is shady but then I'm like, screw it... coz I'll probably just forget to check my spam email, and if this for real, then I mean yeah I definitely wouldn't mind an $800 car?
Okay I know none of you are interested because you're probably not dumb enough to fall for a dumb scam like that, (I mean jeez $800 '95 Corolla should have tipped me off duh!) but here is the content of the email:
Hey, its Lisa . You replied to the ad I posted on craigs list. ---- Im sorry, it was sold by my father while I was at work. It was shocking to see how many people were interested. My army sargent referred me to this auction and I had no idea at the time that I was getting such a good deal---he was just doing me a favor. I only used it once, but I did find the link to the auction site. Its http://bluejayslinks.com/lpaa.html or bluejayslinks.com
If you're still looking, you can get something nice through them. I did have to pay a small fee to access the auction, you can try my username armytrr7348 and password jgke39jn4 to login, it may be still active, and youre welcome to try it. Its a great resource, but I wont need this anymore as I am being deployed to Iraq for 1 year (or more).
