Shuichi buys him a cake for Valentine’s Day. He considers not eating it because, well, Valentine’s Day. Gag. But it’s one of those strawberry cakes he likes so much and it’s calling to him like a siren and maybe he is kinda hungry.
He accepts it silently, but Shuichi grins like he’s said all the kindest words in existence. Idiot. He eyes the idiot as he starts in on the treat, while he’s feeling that rare gleefulness only cake can give him. It’s probably the sugar talking when he asks, “You want some?”
Why not? It’s Valentine’s Day, after all.
