Yes, I am still very much alive. I have been trying to get myself in better health as well as taking care of my kids. Everyone is well, aside from my father. But I wont get into that. Jess, don't say anything to your mom, please. But I have been trying to spend as much time as I can with him cause to be honest, I don't see him being around much ( Read more... )

thank you for the hugs. I can't describe what it is like to watch your hero deteriorate. I am pretty numb now and am trying not to show it bothers me.

it's good that you can spend time with your dad. i'm going through something similar so i can relate (my dad is fighting metastatic cancer). it's hard. i think having family close helps everyone involved.
