So I read about this community on the LJ title page. It seems like a pretty cool resolution for someone who loves reading but generally spends their free time drooling onto their own stomach watching re-runs of Poirot and eating mushy peas ( Read more... )

Great idea! But does the absence of stars mean the book's even worse than abysmal? By the way - enjoy your hols! x

I just realised that it was becoming around three or four stars for every book, as a) I am a bit rubbish at making decisions and then having to defend them and b) I'm a bit too nice. So I stopped.

I found it hard to make myself finish Wait Until Spring, Bandini though. So I guess that'll be a low star one. :-)
