I love when you're at a coffee shop, or a bookstore or someplace, and something comes up where you actually get to talk to someone. People are generally so nice, and interesting, and when you can get past all of our ignoring strangers, it's so fun to get to talk with people who you maybe don't know ( Read more... ) -

So, Jay and I were discussing what Genre we should label our upcoming NaNoWriMo novel, and ended up deciding on "horror and supernatural" as being the best fit. I was starting to say something else when Jay comes out with:

I got a brand-new writing type gadget, and I finally had time to play with it extensively today. I'm really liking it a whole lot, and I'm excited to get to use it for NaNoWriMo and other projects. It thinks the same way I do, so it's been very intuitive to use ( Read more... ) -
And because I said I'd post something happy!
I wore my kimono today, and I had a ton of fun wearing it. And then I went home with Rhi, and rode the bus in said kimono, and had two mildly interesting conversations with people because of the kimono. And it made me happy, seriously. I always feel so cute in it. <3 -

Anyone want to explain to me how I managed to sleep until noon yesterday, fall asleep at 6:30pm, and then not wake up until 11:00 today? Because... I'm sort of at a loss. -
