I’ve been away in France, which was lovely, and before that at a writers’ conference, which was very informative. At the very least, I discovered I really rather liked showing off and reading my fiction to a room full of strangers...until I thought

That was lovely, sweet and sad and hot and Jason looking out for his wayward friend.
'It’s a good job, he thinks, that one person in Mark’s life has learnt how to be discreet.' indeed, let's just hope the boys keep it that way.

And Mark loving getting fucked by Robbie whilst they're sober - guess it just makes that pleasure/pain all the sharper, no blurred senses to hide behind.

Now if only Jason would stop guarding them and join in...

*g*! Thank you! I agree about Jason joining in - although I do now have an urge to write Howard and Robbie spanking Mark...hmmm, maybe Jason could 'supervise' a little. I have a feeling he would have a 'less is more' attitude to these things, but know just how to make Markie tingle and sting...um, yes, will save that for the fic :D

Very hot and sweet at the same time... and naughty Jason, listening like that! That made it even hotter though, the idea of Jason right outside the door while Rob was fucking Markie senseless :P

Hi and welcome back! Glad to hear you had a good time! I think I know how you felt after the public reading - I call this the 'post-stagefright'. The good thing is I forget about this 'wtf-have-I-just-done?!?-feeling' before the next big thing...;D

This picture is irritatingly inspiring, isn't it? And even though this fic's got a somewhat 'sad' attitude, this feels very right at the moment...well, to me anyway...

LOVE your icon :D I only really saw these pics properly late yesterday, as I was out of the country, and the internet on my phone was rubbish, so I'm still all excited about them...

Haha, glad I'm not the only one with the 'post stage-fright.' At the time, I'm fine...then after, I just want to die and spend all evening going 'WHAT AN IDIOT'!!!

Yeah, the 'sad' tone just happened...I am all happy about the new stuff, but I can't seem to find the right vein in which write happy and carefree fic right now. I know they seem happy, so maybe it's just me who's still searching for conflict and edginess...hell, I guess we just need that for fic ;)

There is something sad to it...I think it might be the beginning of the end. Like, they started as a five-piece and now end it as a five-piece. Gary says it's 'a 12-months-thing', Jason said 'however long it lasts'. When I saw the video-footage it reminded me so much of the first time I saw the 'Never Forget'-video - I wasn't a huge fan then, I just liked them (I felt too old to be fangirling then, arrogant I was, tss tss). But I remember feeling sad, thinking 'oh, so they're gonna split up'. And I was wondering why all the 'real' fans didn't seem to see it.

And after today's news I'm not too sure that they're all that happy...

I don't really want to think about the end, although I agree with what you say. It makes sense, although I suspect even they probably don't yet know quite how long it will all last...

Yeah, todays news was a shame, but kind of inevitable. I think the worst of the damage is over, and most was done years ago, mind...

It didn't go down badly, thanks...I was prouder of some bits than others, mind, and the best thing I learnt was how to improve my stuff, so I guess it all worked ;)
