Hehe, yes, this chapter had nearly as much poor Gary as poor Markie! Maybe it's because he's so cute when the he is sad and grumpy?? Bad me!

i'm feeling better today, neck pain almost gone, the flat is rather cold, but at least i had a sleep-in in teh morning, but it doesn't mean there's less work to be done!

I've had the infamous Vanuatu kava. The intense trippiness doesn't last if you only have one glass, but I think you'd like it. Not the taste, though. I like the taste of Fiji kava (particularly the Kadavu waqa), but the Vanuatu kava is less pleasant. Then I had fun flirting politely with the Kiribati Youth Delegate (youth means 25 in this case, so she's plenty old enough to flirt with).

...sometimes I suspect I'm a work of fiction invented by a particularly sloppy author with no concern for plausibility.

I tend to like bubbles (unlike James!) so I think I would like it!! Sounds like much fun was had. Yay for flirting.

Plausibility, in fic or fact, is highly overrated. Much as the joy of good angst is underrated ;)

Oh my, "King Simon"! That is very frightening. Poor Gary being arrested :(

I love brave and fighting Mark! Even though it probably will cost him more bruises and punishment from Simon.

Only three chapters left! It will be exciting to see how everything will turn out in this amazing fic :)
