I love the idea of writing the date you start using something on the back... I have a lot of antiques in the house and wish I had info like that, as far as when it passed into my family. My grandparents used to own a furniture refinishing business, so it is all just hand-me-down rather than legacy...
It seems a logical thing to do. Its easy to forget when you get something, time goes by so fast. Even with things like my washing machine, I feel like, 'didn't I just buy that?'. No, it's been 5 years...
Mrs Moose is one of those people who keeps coming up with stuff to inflate her image but never does anything. That'd be both annoying and amusing to watch.
That painting was AMAZING. One of the guys in our group had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't a photograph. You are REALLY REALLY talented!
And I'd get the heebee jeebees from almost falling into a grave, too. 1) Those things are deep and 2) totally brings out the creepy fear of being buried alive. Shudderville!
Seems like all kinds of mechanical things went out yesterday. David's starter broke and was ka-chinging all around in his engine. Made a terrific grinding noise.
Also yay for smaller and new technology! It really does make a difference in a room.
