We went to a play today at the Company Theater. It was a 'double feature' of Sorry Wrong Number and Clue. Sorry was a 30 minute play that was really good. Murder by Death was one of my favorite movies to be terrified by as a kid. My sister had horrible nightmares every time she saw it. The movie Clue, if I am thinking of the right movie, was funny. Tim Curry was the butler (how can you go wrong with Tim Curry?) Too bad the play stunk.

How could you be scared of Murder by Death? It was so funny!
You know what scared the shit out of me when I was really little? Some stupid made for TV movie about the Bermuda Triangle. I was terrified. Why my parents let me watch it is beyond me. Maybe Daddy was watching us. Glug glug.
I never saw Clue. Maybe I should, but I don't really want to after seeing this play.

DO rent CLUE. All star cast.
I saw Murder by Death before I was ten. Imagination runs wild. Blind Alec Guiness was scary and so was what's his face...the short guy with the sunglasses who was actually the maid. Remember, I was the overly dramatic and sensitive child in the family.

You mean Truman Capote? Well, I guess he is kind of scary. I can see your point.
You didn't even mention the impersonation by Peter Sellars or the Chinese detective. That should have been terrifying as a child. lol.
