my sis and i had two ferrets growing up. sprite(spriters) and norbert (norbie, chocolate boy). sprite used to go into ferret coma. i would pull her out of her hammock and she'd stay completely limp for up to 5 minutes and then go from zero to sixty in less than 30 seconds.

kiku is my favorite name so far. but today i thought of olive. which seems to fit her as well. sometimes naming animals is really hard, and sometimes it's ridiculously easy.

olive means 'olive' but olivette means 'elf army'
i could see a ferret as an elf army - all by herself

darrick absolutely hated olive...and randomly came up with jubilee. and i really think it fits her.

so, she's now a jubilee!
