I'm trying to get this written quickly since I'm in the middle of cooking dinner and waiting for water to boil. Please forgive typos and ill-worded sentences. Just so you know, I've been following and discussing the Downing Street Memo since it's release to the media.

Let's start with the word "fixed" since that is where most controversy with this document is focused.

But another part of the memo is arguably more important. It quotes British Defense Secretary Geoff Hoon as saying that "the U.S. had already begun 'spikes of activity' to put pressure on the regime." This we now realize was Plan B ( ... )
