After picking up a few new tracks on iTunes yesterday, I think I may finally have enough songs for the widely-anticipated follow-up to my breakthrough compilation CD "Spawn of the 80s!" (OK, "widely-anticipated" in this case means "six people are probably interested" - but dammit, I'm not gonna let those six down!) The new acquisitions are

You're definitely on that list - in fact, a significant proportion of the tracks on this one came from you, I think (a couple of Depeche covers, "99 Red Balloons," "Never Ending Story"). No need for a trade, but I'm certainly interested in any recent finds you may have made in that department. I Googled for "80s covers" yesterday, but somehow it just feels like cheating.

I've got NFG's cover of "Never Ending Story" on the mix, but I'll take a look at their other stuff. I've heard bits of Tori's covers record, but I blow hot and cold on her stuff, although I admit to admiring her audacity in covering Slayer. =)
