so today is not good. For those of u who were at the concert then u no my thoart was really troubling me. well i woke up this moring and it was really bad like terrible. so i have been in bed all day reading books. which is not too bad but by three o'clock i was like i want to do something i was soo bored. but every time i stand up i get this
