Netflix suggested that I would enjoy The Lost Room, a six-(TV)-hour show that ran on the Sci-Fi channel a few years ago. Boy were they right

It's a good mini-series. Word was that they were shooting to become a full length series but couldn't get picked up which it the reason for the rushed ending.

I saw that series a while back--it was definitely a really interesting premise and I mostly liked how they progressed with it. (The mansion with no doors was remarkably logical as far as defenses against the Key go.) The ending was a bit too unjustified for my taste, and makes me wonder if we're going to see a flood of people using that mechanic by, eg, going into the room and breaking an Object into little pieces.
