I talked to Len tonight(he actually called ME) and I asked if he needed anything to please let me know. My first thought was food, but he has Italian neighbors that are overfeeding him right now. So he's doing okay on that front. Can you think of anyone not on the BMDL list or LJ that might want to know about this? any ideas on how to get in touch with Rufina?

It's just a disaster, isn't it? Such a wonderful woman. And she welcomed me into the SCA as well, all those years ago. I too worry for Len.

For what it's worth, I'm under the impression that the pneumonia was a complication, not the original problem. I'm not sure how much she was conscious after she was stricken.

I don't think she was conscious much at all after she was stricken. But i don't know for sure.
