1. Sight : visual :: Sound : aural :: Touch : tactile :: Smell : ?? :: Taste : ???

2. Where should I have looked this up? (A dictionary helps if you have an unknown word; a thesaurus helps if you have an approximate synonym. Googling on the three adjectives I have didn't get me the other

Putting the first three adjectives into Google Sets (http://labs.google.com/sets) yields "olfactory." Adding that word yields "gustatory."
