So... well... I....

Okay, let me start at the beginningish.

Tumblr has apparently, without asking my permission, become my Pagan/spirituality space. That's fine, as I've noticed things dealing with spirituality generally don't ask my permission before happening, much like life, and I've come to accept that.

I have a lot of thoughts, none of which are coherent or even consistent.

Part of me believes what makes a woman is head and heart, not genitals.
More of me believes that the presence of a penis, regardless of the gender of owner, violates Woman-Safe space.

My own experiences have included some wonderful transwomen, and a few who simply refused to give up the male privilege of telling (cis)women they are wrong, wrong wrong, simply for being cis and women.

A private ritual can be anything the leader wants. A public rit...not so much. It's like church services at cons, in my opinion. They are held, out of the function area, but word of mouth and fliers let attendees know.

"Private Dianic rit, XX women only. time, place" should be adequate. It should be no more offensive than "Private Men's mysteries, XY men only." It says these are not sponsored events, but they are available for those practitioners.

Public rituals at events like this should be open to anyone, male, female, genderqueer, tarans, two-spirited or however one identifies
