holy shit what about the one where the girl wakes up after going to have an abortion and the end of the world has happened and only she and a few others are left and the evil chick is fucking with them making them die exactly the way they died in these fucked up stories she wrote?!??!?!?!?!

That would be Whisper of Death. :D Which is really confusing because wait, the girl is really the soul of the baby Roxanne wanted to abort? Or... not? I don't know! But it doesn't matter because none of this really happened anyway, it was all a delusion caused by blood loss because RIGHT, ROXANNE IS ACTUALLY DYING ON THE TABLE DURING HER ABORTION.

that book seriously messed me up. I read it WAAAAAY too young.

Also, "Freeze Tag" by Caroline Cooney. The nightmares...
