I do love me some Halloween... But this year I haven't had the opportunity to put up any decorations. Worse, the pumpkins I bought to carve were starting to rot already so they had to be dumped. Maybe next year will be better.

I've written 1516 words so far; I'm aiming for the daily word count of 1667 before I even go to sleep... (then again, I'm also aiming for 75k this year, since I like challenging myself so much!)
