My eyes are processing that as weird Jalapeño Jack Cheese....I just can't see it as 'sweeet'. Weird.

You know, it does have a somewhat cheese-like texture to it. The impression is different when you can smell the sweetness, too!

I tried this and it was delicious! Too delicious. I'm going to have to give some away before I eat it all. I used pecans instead of pistachios, so mine weren't quite as colorful but still delicious. Did I mention this was delicious? :-P
