I dunno, it's just been gnawing at me a bit.

I don't think we need more problems like predators when almost everyone's complaining about gender issues.

Gender issues? [Ammy's confused, but he shrugs it off.] I hate to say it miss, but that's one of the things we might need to think about. We don't know how long we'll be stuck out here, we might need to pay attention to the local wildlife a little. The last thing we need is someone gettin' hurt 'cause of one of the bigger an' nastier critters around here during a storm. Better to be safe than sorry.

Local wildlife? All I see are weird frogs that seemed to have crossbred with another weird animal. What the heck is with this planet? Planet of the frogs?!

Seems like, but there's always somethin' bigger that eats the smaller ones. 's how nature keeps things in order.
