Does anyone wanna run away with me!!! Please?!?!?! god i cant take this house or this family any more! I'm hoping next year when i get my taxes back, if i get a pretty good amount back, i'm gonna move out asap. BLAH ( Read more... )

Chris did weight watchers. 1st add LOTS ..and i mean...INSANELY lots of water to your diet.

you could bust out atkins style, that is, if you don't mind not eating ANY carbs, breads, even sugar, so yeah. =P My friend Scott lost a little over 100 lbs..but he's been running like 3 miles a day? And it wasn't like, an instantanious change. I think that most of the things you can do to lose weight really fast screws with your body. *shrug* ya just gotta look into different things, and try different things I guess. Sorry I'm never really much help =P

actually you were a lot of help...i really should cut out on a lot of those things especially the sugar (damn that halloween candy) I thought about trying that "hollywood diet" but losing 10 pounds in 2 days doesnt sound that healthy but thanks for the idea!

yeah, actually the safest way to lose weight I heard was like 2 to 5 pounds a week. I know that seems like, slow, but it's better to be safe..if you lose weight so fast, it could really screw up things, so when you eat anything, bam, fat deposit. =P I feel weird talking about this stuff, me being so skinny, it makes me feel, guilty? =P But yeah, just look into stuff, and be smart. And you dooo know, that you'll have to start exercising..*cringe* =P
