Another Fork Stuck in the Road

Sep 12, 2008 00:33

Yup...yet again. Seems that most of my posts here have to deal with kinda depressing things, but it's an outlet I seem to need. Not writing this for anyone but myself as a little therapy session, but if anyone feels inclined to respond then please do. Your replies are love. Thanks.

I know I haven't been around much lately but I think I may have just ended my Internet fast and come back to the land of on-lineness. I'm so sorry to hear things are as up and down as they are. Cancer is such a tentative topic with me too, and I'm really sad to hear about your dad.

*hugs for everything*
I hope things pick up for ya.

Once again, glad your back amongst the online-living again hon.

Thanks for the hugs too. Though it seems I'm at the bottom looking up quite often, at least I know upwards is the only direction I have left.

*shrug* What can I say? My life sometimes seems like a book..a very worn and bargain basement one, but a book nonetheless.

Things will get better and I look forward to the 'happy' posts to come. Thanks for the positive thoughts too. They are very welcome and appreciated.

We're not sure yet if the chemo is working but we're all hopeful and positive it is. I think everyone afflicted with cancer is the same though. It's the last shred of hope clung to that things will get better and go back to times as normal as they can be after something so horrific as this. Thanks for the hugs. :)

Yeah, I hope things will get patched up with my friend as well. *shrug* Ball's kinda in her court though atm so I dont know what might happen.

*big big hugs*

for some reason anything I say here will be a repeat so I'll just give you hugs eh ;-) And know I am thinking of you!

and to try to make you laugh a bit, cause everyone needs a good laugh from time to time... a joke:

Q: What can a goose do, that a duck can't do and a lawyer should do?

A: Stick his bill up his ass.

*snort* Leave it to you to do something unlike the norm. I absolutely love you for it though hon. You always have a way of making me smile. :) I do wish I could have stuck the lawyers bill up his ass though. Heck, I just got another bill in the mail the other day for some 'other' services rendered that I'm gonna now have to pay for. I'm definitely in the wrong line of work!

Thanks for the hugs too cos I dont think I can get enough right now.

Oh come on who want to be the norm anyway?? And hey I made you smile, so I succeeded eh :p

And you can always try to stick the bill up his ass...not sure he would be impressed...Or would like it...or that it is possible anyway... Maybe he might even like it. Shocking!

And there will never be too much hugs...so...HUGS!!

Oh my dear friend. I am so sorry. Truly I am. I don't know what I could do to help, but if you think of anything (funny e-cards, scheduled IM time, song and dance?) you let me know kay?

I wish your father, and the rest of your family, positivity and love.

And as far as your friend is concerned (the one that you made mad) maybe you could write a letter explaining that you were sorry? This usually helps me. Then again, I'm a much better writter than I am a speaker. I tend to get tongue-tied in person. My pen is far more elloquent.

Sending you love and positive energy . . .

Aww thanks! Its good to see you around! I remember your telling me that your days are quite busy so this truly is a treat having you here. I will let you know if I need anything too. Sweet of you to offer. *hugs*

I'm a much better writer than I am a talker too, but I dont think my writing anything right now will help. I think she knows I'm sorry, or at least I hope so. She's kinda distanced herself from me to think and stuff so it's up to her if she wants to talk. I'll be waiting if she still wants to be friends.

Thanks for the positive energy and love too. *wraps it around herself*
