Boo for the plumbing issues, but yay for getting a tax refund!

Do you have any particular way you like to cook salmon?

I cook salmon various ways; tonight I'm trying a new one, which is baked with a dijon-pecan crust. Often I just bake plain or grill, and squeeze over lemon or make an onion chutney. I also have a couple of teriyaki-ish recipes we like.

Oooh, that dijon-pecan one sounds pretty good! Any chance you'd share the recipe if you end up liking the result?

Sure, if it turns out well I'll try to type it up and share. *g*

God, I hate it when something like happens unexpectedly. For me, it's usually something like spilled meat juices in the fridge that I have to spend an hour cleaning up:P I'm glad it was easily taken care of!!

When can I come over for dinner? Your dinner sounds yummy!

Thanks! The next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'll just drop on over;) Too bad you live so far away. Aren't there jobs around here (or heck, even Seattle?) that you all could get?

Heh. It's good to keep the menfolk busy:)

Heh, I'm not sure SO would actually want to live in Seattle; that would be a little too close to his paternal unit for him to be happy about it. Although the climate (both environmental and political) would be more approved by both of us, that's for sure...
