Some places have grants for the extra costs related to historic districts, but I think they are mostly rare.

It's a vinaigrette dressing rather than a mayonnaise one... the original recipe calls for tarragon, but I usually use marjoram as tarragon isn't my favorite. Another recipe to post, clearly!

The real question is whether I will be anything like as productive today...
