It ended up as 196 pages (including table of contents etc.) and is $13.82 (no markup - that's the production cost).

It did seem the appropriate icon at the moment! :-)

And I'm quite pleased with the cookbook. I have another version with the real names left in that I'm going to have done for ourselves.
