What kind of shoes are you buying? I was going to wait until I was done with having kids to see if my feet were going to stay the same or grow before buying new shoes. Maybe by this winter I'll be ready for new shoes:)
It's centered on my lower back; I'm not sure if it'll be clear from the pic as she got it pretty close up.
I bought Birkenstocks - apropos of my college nick, which in full was Moonbeam Child Birkenstock - the Boston style which is a closed-toe clog one, in dark brown suede. Put them on this morning, very very comfy! I thought about a slightly different style which has a more finished-looking sole, but the arch support wasn't as high so I went with the visible cork one.
Now off to the big farmers' market, and then to lunch w/ a friend from grad school. This is definitely a self-indulgent kind of week... :-)
