I feel eighty miles outside of fandom and am noting a huge drop-off in fannish people even talking to me -- I always talked about non-fannish stuff which never seemed to faze anyone while I had my foot in the fannish door, but I feel like I've been walking in the other direction and people have obviously noticed.

Don't know what your life-schedule is, but I could probably start thinking about that co-writing you suggested at this point... might be slow, but would like to do something.
