Weekend anticipation, ficlet, and more

Two and a half hours till the end of the work week... and I am ready. I will be working on the student payroll shortly but there's no point in starting that until after 3, when the shift changes, so I can get the students working now. I've been not horribly but somewhat short on sleep most nights this week, but I should be able to sleep in tomorrow

Eh... it's an ongoing thing, so some better, but it'll be a while. Thanks. {{hugs}}

The recipe is not technically authentic, but it's really easy. You just need to have a slow cooker: Slow-cooked Kalua Pig. I love it just plain on buns, but once the meat is cooked you can do lots of other things with it too, and it freezes really well.

No problem. *g* I love sharing recipes. I think it would be good on rice, yes; the juice is mildly salty so it works well with some sort of carb to kind of dilute the salt a bit.
