Two and a half hours till the end of the work week... and I am ready. I will be working on the student payroll shortly but there's no point in starting that until after 3, when the shift changes, so I can get the students working now. I've been not horribly but somewhat short on sleep most nights this week, but I should be able to sleep in tomorrow

WOW! Kalua pig. Would you be willing to share your recipe? My mouth is watering...

The recipe is not technically authentic, but it's really easy. You just need to have a slow cooker: Slow-cooked Kalua Pig. I love it just plain on buns, but once the meat is cooked you can do lots of other things with it too, and it freezes really well.
