Not surprised you're tired - it's so exhausting when everything is new! But it's sounding good - all the shadowing for instance suggests a library which has thought about how to induct staff effectively (unless that was your idea?! ;-) ) and it's also excellent that there's management training available. (I did a management and leadership programme last year when I was relatively new in my first management post and found it really helpful)
And seeing you doing a drabble offering makes me think you must be feeling quite energised and creative which is fab.

I think it's partly luck that I can do all the shadowing and be trained by the previous person - they did aim to hire someone soon enough that this could happen, though.
Drabble offering - not so much energized and creative as really needing to find a way to get my muse back for all that driving time (it adds up to 10+ hours a week!).
Sounds like an awesome CSA box this week! I'm especially envious of the fresh blackberries and little potatoes.
